Why You’re Here

You're probably here for one of three reasons:

  1. Your narrative isn't landing.
  2. Your market-access plan isn't working.
  3. You're not making enough noise.

If your pitch makes perfect sense to you, but to your buyers sounds like the last 43 companies they spoke to, you need a better narrative.

If your market access plan isn't getting traction, you've done the pilots, the demos & every event under the sun, & you're still struggling to find a way in, you need a better market access plan.

I spent over a decade selling into every commissioning structure the NHS has had. Building and executing strategies that sold millions of pounds of technology to the NHS.

Now, I build others that plan.

If nobody's heard of you, you need a little noise. Your competitor, with half your insight, is all over everyone's feeds. I've spent years ghostwriting for healthtech founders & execs, & co-host Health Service Unpicked. I know what gets read & what gets scrolled past.

So, what do you need? Narrative, strategy, or thought leadership?

Narrative & Messaging

What is narrative, anyway?

You’re excited by your business. Of course you are. There are infinite possibilities. Millions of avenues.

But you’re struggling to explain it in a way that matters to your buyers. Finding the one story that explains why your product matters to the people who sign the cheques is hard. One story that carries it.

Then we help you tell that same story at every opportunity: hook, strapline, pitch, deck, website. Every healthtech vertical, including yours, is rammed with competitors, all saying the same things. You can’t stand out by fitting in.

How does it work?

Conversations first, framework second. We talk to you, your team and, where possible, your buyers & even those who said ‘No’.

Then we draft several narratives, pick one, & show you the ones we killed & why. (Always show your working. The rejects often donate their best lines.)

Beneath that sit the mechanics that do the graft: hooks, a repeatable description, a strapline, & pillars for each of your audiences, with proof points, objection handling & a list of words to stop using.

You get narrative. Your buyers get the point.

Why does it work?

NHS buyers are busy. They see scores of pitches a month, most of them promising to transform care pathways or save money. After a while, they all blur into one.

You won't be there when the decision's made. So you need a story that works without you. That takes consistent messaging. Repetition feels boring from the inside. Outside, it's what makes things stick.

Get it right & you'll hear the Best Sentence in The World™:

"Oh, [Company Name]? You’re the [thing] company!" Jackpot.

Strategy & Go-to-market

What is it?

You’ve got a product that works. You might even have a pilot. You’ve jumped through every diligence hurdle. What you haven't got is growth.

Go-to-market is working out which of them to talk to, in what order, at what point in the cycle, through which door, & what they need to hear before they say ‘Yes!’. Then turning that into a process your team can run on repeat.

Most healthtech doesn't stall because the product's wrong. It stalls because it's pitched to the wrong person, through the wrong route, at the wrong point in the cycle. I know, because I've done all three.

Hope isn’t a pipeline. Let’s build you one.

How does it work?

Evidence first, outreach second. We start with what's already working: contracts, champions & outcomes. That gives us some backbone.

Then we map the market. Who holds the budget, who champions, which routes & funding apply, & who can wait. You now know what keeps them up at night that you can fix.

Then it’s a weighted target list of the organisations most likely to say yes, buyer maps, warm routes in & outreach sequences. Pilot-to-contract templates. A business case your champion can submit as their own. All timed to the NHS cycle & sized to your team. Plus all the shortcuts it took me years to find.

You get a plan. Your team gets a process. Your pipeline gets a rocket.

Why does it work?

Most suppliers never read what the NHS publishes. Outreach that shows you have a plan to fix their problems gets a chance. The rest get deleted.

Your champion rarely holds the budget. They carry your case upstairs to someone who's never heard of you. We give them something to carry.

The NHS runs on a calendar. Miss it & you wait a year. And the NHS talks. Win one trust in a region & the next gets (marginally) easier. It's how one client went from three trusts to six in a quarter.

Get it right & you'll hear the Second Best Sentence in The World™:

"Can you send over the contract?"

Content & Thought Leadership

What is it?

You've got opinions. Brilliant ones. Sharper than what's on your feed & in your inbox. But they're stuck in your head, your Slack channels & the occasional conference Q&A.

Thought leadership is getting those ideas out, in your voice, in front of the people who buy. Articles, whitepapers, case studies & ghostwritten posts. Talks, panels, roundtables & webinars. And knowing which stages are worth standing on, & which aren't.

If you're not saying it, your competitor probably is.

How does it work?

Interviews, not questionnaires. We agree what helps your company stand out, then find the angles that prove it. I interview you, draft in your voice, until it sounds like you at your best.

Then we put it where your buyers already are. The right portals. The right inboxes. The right stages. & when you're on one, you'll know exactly what you're saying & why. (And if you're after tailored events with the people who matter... watch this space.)

You get the eyeballs. Your buyers know that you’ve listened.

Why does it work?

NHS buyers trust peers, & people who clearly understand their problem. Healthtech has a jargon problem. Plain English stands out because almost nobody uses it.

A newsletter gets opened because they asked for it, not because you bought a list. Thought leadership pieces & ghostwriting get read because they show you understand their need. Good content does the hard graft before your first call.

Get it right & you'll hear the Third Best Sentence in The World™:

"I read your piece. Can we talk?"

Opinions stuck in your head?
Let's get them in front of buyers.
